This project addresses WFD failures and builds climate
resilience. This year9s works included installing a ca琀琀le
crossing, channel narrowing, Himalayan Balsam control,
natural channel protec琀椀on, and in-channel now
denectors on the River Fynn.
A feasibility study and op琀椀ons appraisal was completed
for wetland enhancements on the River Alde, and
support provided to the River Deben NFM project to
design and construct new upstream noodplain storage
through the Catchment Partnership9s River Deben—
Source to Sea project.
